1 Cardboard box without lid (the box should be so large that the children can hold it well with both hands
 1 Chestnut
 watercolours, if any
 possibly Tesafilm
 Scissors or cutter knives
Crafting pad and, if applicable, paint coats
 Pen

1

Find the material together and lay out a base.
Then put the chestnut in the box and paint all around. Do not place the chestnut in the middle, but in any other place.

2

Cut out this circle now. Cut out a bit generously beyond your recorded circle. (This will be the opening through which the chestnut is to fall later).

Attention: There is a risk of injury when dealing with a cutter knife! For this you need a board underneath and some practice.

3

Then the game can start. Put the chestnut in it and check if it fits through the opening. If this is not the case, then you increase the opening.

4

Now you can paint the cardboard with water paints.

5

If the chestnut falls very easily through the opening, then around the opening Tesafilm sticks in stripes (like a sun), making the game a little more difficult.

Have fun playing!
