Do you have sausages left over from the last barbecue? Then try out this kind of residue recycling! With a leek pretzels to bake up you conjure up a delicious leftover food that everyone will fight for. The loin sausages are also suitable for the next barbecue party, a finger food buffet or the next children's birthday party.

Lay leaching to thaw on a baking tray ( lasts about 15 min!)

Gently take the dough pulp apart.


Cut bratwurst into approx. 2cm thick pieces.



Cut the dough into approx. 8- 10 cm long pieces.

Wrap the dough around the sausage piece and tighten the ends of the dough.



Place the wrapped sausage pieces on a baking tray with baking paper.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees hot air and bake the lukewarm sausages for about 8-10 minutes to the desired tan.

Remove sheet from the oven and allow to cool briefly. Arrange on a plate and serve warm.
