Lymphatic pretzels with egg

This dish is one of our favorite dishes for the residual use of lukewarm biscuits. Cut the loin pretzels into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Squeeze 2 eggs and some milk together and pour this over the pieces and fry everything together in a pan. In addition, you can round the whole thing off with some cheese. Children love it when the cheese draws "fäden" while eating! Children can help with this fast food.

For this, wonderful lye pretzels or lye pastry from the day before can be used.

2

First cut the slightly soft lye pretzels small. Even small children, who at first often cut very different large pieces, can help. Because the size of the pieces is not important.

3

Then you squirt two eggs into a measuring cup together with 3 tablespoons of milk. Use a whisk of snow. Then you season the egg mass with some salt and pepper.

4

Pour the egg mass over the pieces of the lye pretzels.

5

Mix them both together.

6

After that, you spread a handful of cheese over it.

7

Mix everything together.

8

Now put a piece of butter in a frying pan.
Turn on the stove and let the butter melt.

9

As soon as the butter melts, put the loin-egg mass in the pan.

10

Turn it around again and again during frying.

11

Once the eggs are no longer glibbery, the food is ready.

12

Now distribute everything on plates and serve it.

13

Tip: The eye is with us!
A little fresh parsley not only completes the fast dish, the parsley also looks pretty in color.
For this you wash the parsley and pat it dry with a kitchen crepe.

14

Then cut the parsley small.

15

Now sprinkle the fresh parsley over it.

16

It's ready for a delicious meal.
Tip: You can also use lug sticks or old but still soft rolls.

17

Have fun trying out.
Maybe it'll be your favorite dish!
