Now you reap your herbs. To do this, cut off the part of the plant with most leaves. When cutting off, make sure that the shoots are not cut too far down, so that the plant can grow even further.
Then you wash your herbs.
Now you get ready the harvested herbs, the olive oil and the ice cube shape.
Now pluck with your fingers the leaves from the stems and place them in the recesses.
Then fill the recesses of the ice cube shape with olive oil.
Place the ice cube shape in the freezer. Make sure that the shape is straight and no oil runs out.
The olive oil ice cubes should remain in the freezer at least until the next day.
Then you get the frozen olive oil ice cubes from the freezer and squeeze them out of the shape.
Tip: You can now also empty the ice cube shape and store the herbal olive oil ice cubes in a box or bag in the freezer.
You can use the frozen olive oil ice cubes directly for cooking and frying.
