With the homemade herbs you can refine great delicacies from the kitchen, such as an Italian tomato sauce or a refreshing homemade lemonade. The edible flowers of the capuchin cress are also ideal for decorating salads.
All you need for this is our great mini greenhouse or another growing bowl, soil, seeds of various herbs and water. Have fun trying out and watching your own little herb garden.
Then you fill the mini greenhouse with soil.
Next, gently press the earth with your finger.
Now you put the mini greenhouse in a waterproof bowl or on a kitchen board.
Next, pour the earth to moisten it.

?? The earth should not swim in the water. It may take the earth a few minutes to absorb the water.
Now you need the seeds of herbs. Choose your favorite herbs or experiment and try out new herbs for you.
Here basil, thyme, lemon balm and capuchin cress are used.
