Today we bake children's punch cuts. These taste not only while walking lanterns, but also on Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve.

Prepare all the materials and ingredients you need and weigh all the ingredients.
First, you set the oven to 180 degrees above/underheat.
Now prepare the baking tray with the baking paper and the baking frame (about 30 x 40 cm).
Now, all weighed ingredients are added to the mixing bowl provided.
Mix the dough with the hand stirrer or the kitchen machine. First at the lowest level, then increase to the highest level. Stir until the dough is smooth.
Then fill the dough on the baking tray with a baking frame.
Then distribute the dough evenly on the sheet.
Then put the sheet in the oven on the middle rail for 25 minutes.
After cooling you can decorate the children's punch cuts with a powdered sugar-child's punch glaze (25 g children's punch and 125 g powdered sugar - for the adult version with mulled wine), chocolate glaze or even only with powdered sugar.
Now let the cake cool down. Then cut it into small squares.
