An empty white picture frame with a white insert sheet is glued with grain grains. Wood glue is ideal for gluing grains. You can choose the motif freely. I'll show you the craft idea with a heart!
A nice adventure for hot summer days on the farm or on holiday.
Insert a white sheet into the picture frame. Close the frame again with glass (Plexiglas).
Take wood glue at hand.
Paint a motif (heart) on the glass with wood glue.
Heart made of wood glue.
Sprinkle the fresh glue with grains.
The grains at the places where glue is pressed firmly.
Shake the picture frame a bit back and forth, so that the grains spread out. Excess loose grains are tipped back into the bowl.
Possibly press the heart a bit right after shaking loose grains. (This works very well, because the glue takes a little longer until it dries, but still has good adhesive properties.)
Now at the edge around make a track with wood glue.
Sprinkle grains over the wood glue again and press.
Pour excess grains back into the bowl.
Make an edge of grain around it and push it right with your fingers.
The grain is finished!
Leave to dry. (The wood glue is dried completely transparent!)
Now shorten the grains to the length of the frame pages.
Attach these to the frame with hot glue.
The grain picture is ready!
