The fishing trip is a mindfulness exercise in which the children concentrate entirely on eating in their mouths. On the basis of the trip of a small fish, the focus is placed entirely on the food. We are in a large sea. There are many small fish. First we have to fish a fish.
(Now suck the fish with the straw)
Attention: The children should sit, otherwise there is the risk of swallowing!

Then we smell our fish, then we lick it.

Tip: The children can close their eyes. However, not all children like it equally. Therefore, you can give the tip here, but leave it to the children.

Now the fish swims in our mouth. We present ourselves in front of our mouth is a pond. Since there are many herons of fish, we have to protect our fish. We let it swim quickly under the tongue. Puh fortunately, the danger is over! Now our fish can come out again. First it swims to the right and explores the area, then to the left. Then the little fish wants to explore the whole pond again and swim again in the circle. At the end the fish is then gone!!!

When your mouth is empty, go again with your tongue along the path of the fish. First feel under the tongue. Then in the right cheek, then in the left cheek. Now walk around with your tongue in the circle. Now come back from our sea in this room.

Finally, the children stretch and stretch. The children can clench their hands to their fists and breathe deeply. This helps to balance the tension.
