Use doses of e.g. corn or beans. Make sure that the edges are rounded (otherwise there is risk of injury!).
Wash out the cans and remove the paper banderoles.

Place the cans on the glitter film and cut off at the height of the cans. Measure the size of the cans and accordingly cut the glitter paper.

For smaller children a bigger ball can also be taken. The children can also alternate between throwing and kicking the ball. Cans can also be played in the team and is suitable for birthday parties.
