Perfect for a finger food buffet. These crispy puff pastry balls are panned with Parmesan cheese. A simple adventure for children, where they can do almost everything themselves.

Roll up the pastry roll. Halve the dough with the knife.

Cut a thin strip of dough.

Form this in the hand to form a ball. (Through kneading and rolling)

Roll dough balls back and forth in grated Parmesan cheese until the whole dough ball is covered with Parmesan cheese.

Place ready balls on a baking tray filled with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven to 180 degrees of hot air for about 15-20 minutes to the desired tan.

Let the doughballs cool.

Delicious for a picnic, for a finger food buffet, for lunch or as a snack for in between!
