This craft is a beautiful occupation in the garden. The bee is made of a pebble, for which dexterity is required. Look for rounded pebbles, wash them off and let them dry in the sun. Because on dirty stones no colour holds!
Tip: use weatherproof paint, then you can decorate the stones in the garden. First paint the stones yellow and after drying you paint black stripes with a thin brush and two points for the eyes. The bowls of pistachios are suitable as wings, which you finally glue with a glue stick or hot glue. Have fun crafting.
First you search for smooth rounded pebbles, wash them off with water and place them in the sun to dry.
Important: The paint does not hold on dirty or damp stones!
Then you drip some black paint onto a small lid e.g. screw glass lid. Acrylic paint is weatherproof and therefore also suitable for outdoor use.
Now paint stripes on the stones with a thin brush.
After that, you open two small dots as eyes.
If your pebbles are rather grey, then you paint them first with yellow color. For this it is enough to paint only the top.
Then put the stones to dry.
After drying, paint the stripes and eyes as described above.
While the bees dry, wash out your brushes and place them to dry.
Then you look for 2 halves of a bowl of pistachio for each bee.
Then stick the bowls with the glue stick or with hot glue on the side.
Attention when handling the hot glue - risk of injury!
The bees made of pebbles are ready.
Uses it as a decoration for a gift or as a decoration in the house or garden.
They are suitable for a summery breeze.
