The maple seeds (Nasenzwicker) can be used by children as butterfly wings for a creative offer. The butterfly bodies are painted and at the end two maple seeds are glued to the left and right of the body! If you use a rainbow paper, the whole looks wonderfully colorful, because the fresh maple seeds also have a bright green!
Picking maple seeds from the tree (it falls down on its own in the autumn!)
Separate the maple seeds (for each butterfly you need 2 seeds)
Make sure: a whitish milk emerges from freshly picked seeds. Therefore, leave the seeds in front of the handicrafts. Otherwise, you will get stains on your artwork!
Take a colorful paper, if possible a rainbow paper.
Paints on it several butterfly bodies and embellishes them with colorful colors (filtration pins shine very nicely!)
Here are just a few ideas: of course you can paint very creative butterfly bodies yourself.
Now only two maple seed wings have to be glued to each body. It is best to hold it off with a small sticky spot from the hot glue!
And your work of art is finished!
